个人简介

森林保护教研室主任；德国耶拿弗里德里希席勒大学（Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena）访问学者；广东省农村科技特派员、绿美广东生态建设技术支撑专家组成员。

主要从事瓢虫科的系统分类及其演化、幼虫形态多样化及其适应性演化、城市森林昆虫物种多样性监测与评估、林木害虫生态防控等方面的研究。2007~2018年间，对我国西藏、云南、四川、贵州、新疆、内蒙古等26省（区）进行广泛的野外调查和标本采集，行程累计30万公里以上，采集瓢虫标本10 万号以上，描述和发表瓢虫科4新属、246新种以及26中国新记录种。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、广东省自然科学基金等项目14项；发表相关论文60篇，其中SCI收录论文53篇；出版英文专著2部，中文著作3部；获授权专利8项；参与制定技术标准11项。同时还担任Insect Science、Ecology and Evolution、Zootaxa、ZooKeys、Journal of Insect Science、Insects、Biodiversity Data Journal、Environmental Entomology、The Coleopterists Bulletin等国际期刊审稿人。
