研究方向:

主要从事生物多样性形成、维持和丧失机理的研究。目前聚焦于我国亚热带常绿阔叶林关键类群,特别是重要建群树种的起源和进化研究。研究方向包括分子生态学、景观遗传学、分子谱系地理学和保护遗传学。

 

主要承担课题:

(1)国家自然科学基金面上项目《利用简化基因组测序(RAD-seq)研究罗浮栲自然群的物种分化》(2014-2017,批准号31370668) (主持人)。

(2)国家自然科学基金面上项目(《我国亚热带常绿阔叶林优势类群栲属(Castanopsis)植物谱系地理和系统演化研究》 2012-2015,批准号31170512) (主持人)。

(3)国家自然科学基金面上项目《利用核基因组SSR、cpSSR和EST-SSR分子标记研究栲树Castanopsis fargesii Franch.群体遗传变异》(2009-2011,批准号30871959)(主持人)。
